It has been quiet around Ali B for over three months, since he joined the online program BOOS accused of serious sexual assault. There are two rape charges against the artist. Swiers calls this ‘a hopeless case’.

After months, Ali is expected to join the vice squad shortly. “Ali will finally be heard soon. That took far too long, but I think that is due to a lack of capacity at the vice squad. Anyway, it will happen. Only then will the Public Prosecution Service make a decision,” said Swiers at the table at Humberto Tan.
Ali’s lawyer doesn’t think the prosecution will start a case. “I think it is a very weak case. I very much hope that the Public Prosecution Service will keep their backs straight and will look purely on the basis of evidence: is this a feasible case? I don’t think so. Or will the media role to sue him anyway? That’s what Ali is very afraid of.”

Last week, even more emerged. Ellen ten Damme participated in The Cut Guest a striking revelation. The singer said that she was the victim of sexually transgressive behavior a few years ago. Ali B’s lawyer reacts to it in the video below.
