Under the leadership of national coach Radia Fertoul, the women’s national A team has been grouped together at the National Technical Center (CTN) in Sidi Moussa since Thursday, April 29.
28 players have answered the call and are hard at work for daily night training.
The day of the Greens begins with an alarm clock at 1:30 p.m. (sleeping late is allowed until 3:00 p.m.) followed by care in the infirmary which remains open until 4:00 p.m. At 5:00 p.m. all the internationals are invited to the amphitheater for a video session.
After the Adhan and the breaking of the fast, the players prepare to join the training ground, which will kick off at 11:00 p.m. After training they move on to cryotherapy, a mandatory step to help recover from any trauma.
It is useful to remember that the women’s national team is preparing for the next events, in particular the qualifiers for the Total Women’s Africa Cup of Nations 2022 and the Arab Cup of Nations.
