The Social Democrat deputy from Timiş, the leader of the PSD deputies, Alfred Simonis, is of the opinion that the whole Government should “leave”, not only the Prime Minister Florin Cîţu. Simonis added that the PSD motion is “the most correct” because it targets everyone, not just the prime minister.
“The whole government must leave! The USR-AUR alliance is totally incapable. They have neither the votes, nor the skill, nor the legitimacy to submit and pass a motion.
The USR did not even have the common sense to resign from the government they now want to overthrow. Why?! Because they actually want to return to the same functions and do the same misfortunes as before. And the AUR people still don’t understand that they are used in all this masquerade. We say that Prime Minister Cîţu must be dismissed urgently. But with him, USR has to go home. They are equally responsible for the chaos and poverty in which they threw the country, “Simonis wrote on Facebook on Saturday.
Alfred Simonis also declared that the PSD motion is the correct one and that “we also have the votes and the fall to overthrow the Government”.
