The city of Alexandria is considered one of the most important cities after Greater Cairo, and one of the most important commercial, industrial and tourist centers with a high population density. Congestion of surface transport means – severe congestion – fatigue of citizens – waste of time and money – pollution and noise and its impact on the environment). One of the most important projects being implemented in Alexandria is the Abu Qir metro project, Misr station.
In the following points, we explain the number of Alexandria metro stations and the metro map.
1. The first phase of the Alexandria Metro (Abu Qir – Misr Station)
2. The project path extends for a length of 21.7 km from Abu Qir Railway Station to Misr Station in Alexandria.
3. The metro will be surface, with a length of 6.5 km, from Misr station to Al-Dhahiriya station.

6. The number of stations is 20, and (5) new stations have been added, namely: Miami – Mohamed Naguib – Kafr Abdo – Sporting – Bab Sharq.
7. The stations of the project are: Abu Qir, Toson, Al-Mamoura, Al-Islah, Al-Montazah, Al-Mandara, Al-Asafra, Miami, Sidi Beshr, Muhammad Naguib, Victoria, Gabriel, Al-Souq, Al-Dhahiriya, Kafr Abdo, Sidi Jaber, Sporting, Al-Hadra, Bab Sharq station. Egypt.
8. The commercial speed is 80 km/h.
