Neuchâtel Xamax FCS is strengthening itself. The “red and black” football club announced Friday the arrival of Alexandre Pasche at La Maladière. The 29-year-old midfielder has signed up for one season with an option for the next. He has more than 100 matches in the Super League and more than 200 in the Challenge League. During his career, the Vaudois wore the colors of Young Boys, Servette and Lausanne. The former Swiss under-20 international was free of any engagement at the end of the 2019/2020 season, during which he participated in the promotion to the Super League of his training club, Lausanne-Sport. Alexandre Pasche has played 20 matches, scored two goals and provided an assist.
Resumption of training postponed
As initially announced, Xamax will not resume training this Friday but Monday morning. The Challenge League championship will kick off on the weekend of September 11-12-13. The match schedule is scheduled to be released this Friday. / comm-jpp
