She has been missing for almost a year: Alexandra R. from the Nuremberg district of Katzwang. On December 9th, the then 39-year-old disappeared without a trace, eight months pregnant. The investigators from the special commission of the Nuremberg criminal police have so far pursued a large number of leads at home and abroad.
The investigation is now almost complete. The public prosecutor’s office in Nuremberg-Fürth confirmed a report by the “Nuremberg News” (External link, possibly paid content) on BR24 demand. Once the investigation is complete, the prosecutor’s office will decide whether or not to file charges.
Two men in custody
Two men close to the missing woman have been in custody since the beginning of September 2023. According to the public prosecutor’s office, the woman’s ex-partner and his business partner are still silent. The police assume that the men kidnapped and murdered Alexandra R. in December 2022.
Ex-partner is said to have threatened Alexandra R
According to the public prosecutor’s office, Alexandra R. and the 50-year-old suspect Dejan B. separated in spring 2022. B. then threatened the missing person for economic reasons. Furthermore, B., together with his business partner Ugur T., the second person arrested, is said to have fraudulently obtained an enforcement order for a six-figure sum of money against the 39-year-old. Alexandra R. defended herself against this under civil law and filed several criminal charges against the two.
The investigators assume that the suspects first took control of the missing woman, killed her and took her to an as yet unknown location. However, a body has not yet been found.
