Since the adoption by the Senate last Thursday of a bill setting the threshold for non-consent at the age of 13, several celebrities have risen up on Instagram to share their disagreement with this decision.

It is a text that makes a lot of talk. Even more since the Kouchner-Duhamel affair which lifted the veil on the incest taboo. A bill setting a threshold for non-consent at the age of 13 has just been adopted by the Senate this Thursday January 21.
The text, carried by Senator Annick Billon, finally preferred to retain the age of 13, rather than 15 years as had been requested, for “preserve sexual relations, which can be consented […] between a teenager and a very young adult“according to the senator. Also adding that”any act of sexual penetration, of any nature whatsoever, committed by an adult on a thirteen-year-old minor is punished by twenty years of criminal imprisonment when the perpetrator knew or could not ignore the age of the victim […] The child’s behavior will no longer be questioned, the consent of a minor under 13 will no longer be questioned “.
Even if the law is not yet definitively adopted, because it still has to go through the National Assembly box, several personalities have expressed their strong disagreement with the choice of the age of 13 years retained by the senators , posting pictures of them as children on Instagram.
“I am 13 years old, I have a head to consent to a sexual relation ?! “
After Flavie Flament who had shared a photo of her as a child, recalling in caption that at that age she had just been raped by the photographer David Hamilton, or the actress Andréa Bescond abused in her childhood, other personalities have followed the movement like Alexandra Lamy orEnora Malagré.
Chloé Jouannet’s mother wrote below her photo: “I am 13 years old, do I have a head to consent to sex ?! No to the amendment #annickBillon # avant15anspasdeconsentement and 18 years in case of incest or handicap situation @senat_fr @emmanuelmacron @adrien_taquet Gentlemen of the Senate your duty is to protect children!“
As for Enora Malagré, she also posted a photo of herself with the comment: “Here at 15 years, we have this head! Very small !!!!! # avant15anspasdeconsent. And 18 in the event of incest or disability . No to the billon amendment.
