– Of course, we are upset that we lost the victory in the last minute. At the same time, we understood that the decision that would come against us would be in Glasgow. We only played the first half. The team prepares for the second through the Ukrainian Championship match, which we will hold on August 9.
– The last minutes of the game passed and the hosts were gaining, why did Dynamo give the initiative to the opponent?
– Two football teams played, one tried to keep the result, counting on quick counter-effects. And we had the opportunity to do this, especially since the main threat came from the opposition’s side attacks. We should have been more confident at certain moments of the game, but we made mistakes. Let’s watch the video and find out. Not getting enough matches at such a high level is a negative lesson for us.
– “Rangers” will play the return game not at their home stadium, can this factor help your team?
– I don’t think so, because no matter which stadium the game takes place, most of the fans will be rooting for your team. Of course, support plays a big role, and I want to thank all the fans who came to support our team today and did their best to make us feel almost at home.
– In the opening match of the Ukrainian championship against Veres, do you plan to play a different type of football or will you imitate the game you will show in the return match against Rangers?
– I haven’t thought about it yet, but I can say, of course, that we will have a special distribution in the line. Besides, the trip to Rivne will take us a lot of time – about eight hours there and back.
The return leg between the teams will take place in Glasgow on August 13.
