A new day – new amazing details from the life of the most unpredictable Russian actor. Super attended the premiere of Alexander Petrov’s author’s project – a film version of the one-man show “Planet Maximus” – as well as the presentation of his poetry collection under the same name. Despite the fact that the play is dedicated to the actor’s deceased friend, he writes mainly about his life in poetry.

And I must say, their content is truly stunning in its frankness. As the actor himself admitted, some of the poems were written “when everything was not very good, and then another stage occurred when everything became very good, and completely different poems and a different energy began to appear.”

It is not difficult to guess that “the stage when everything became good”, apparently, occurs at the time of meeting his wife Victoria. By this logic, Petrov probably calls his relationship with Stasya Miloslavskaya not the most positive time. By the way, the same motive can be clearly seen in the poems in which the actor greatly devalues his life “before” – they say, he lied, and suffered, indulged demons, and stopped fighting, and generally shut himself up.
“And I lied a lot, / To find peace and honesty, / I indulged my demons, / And I didn’t accept anyone like you, / I feel like I learned something very important / Now forever. / Realized, disappeared, screamed quietly / And stopped fighting, / All this time, not knowing your name, I called you, / I suffered a lot before you. / A genuine “I love you” is said in a low voice. / For many years I poured energy past the mug, / If I were a hockey player, I would write your name on the stick.”

“…After the first meeting, I didn’t sleep with happiness, / Warmth, silence, / I just smiled that evening, / I’ve been looking for you for a long time, / I’ve been dreaming about this all these years. / After the black stripe comes a white stripe, / I knew that I would meet, / The God inside me did not lie, / It turns out that all this time I was locking myself out.”

Petrov also noted that the entire family, including his wife and mother-in-law, ardently supports his work and worries about the success of the performance. Well, of course, we are happy for the actor, but now we are especially looking forward to a poetic response from Stasya herself and her friends Sashi Bortich and Christina Asmus, who had previously happily trolled Alexander in prose.
UPD: The actor’s representatives explained to us that dark times are not about Stasya at all, and the lines about love are not dedicated to his wife. It turns out that all the poems from the collection relate exclusively to the performance dedicated to Petrov’s friend. Let’s go our separate ways.
