Alexander Dugin: After the commotion. Bifurcation point – 2024-08-28 13:17:57

/View.info/ I have noticed that the minds of many simply cannot cope with the events of June 24. That’s why the trend is raised: “It just didn’t happen”, “Nothing was really”, “They were there on purpose”. This is the only way to dull the sharp pain of what happened.

When it comes to a defensive reaction of the general society, which is not particularly immersed in the sphere of meaning – in this case political science, this is understandable and permissible: people look for loopholes for continuity of the routine flow of life, in which events are either microscopic or not at all they are gone. But when those who claim seriousness and depth of analysis begin to push this same thing, it looks just pathetic. In fact, the acute phase of the events of June 24 resolved, but did not completely end anything: now some concrete actions must follow from the authorities to clarify the situation, and only then will there be minimal clarity. For now, one can prematurely comment on the meanings: since the process as a whole is not complete, the result may also be different. Still, what began and continues gains meaning in its completion—not a minute sooner. Little can happen in the unfolding of such a critical chain of events. Full analyzes are forthcoming.

But what happened on June 24, 2023 was the first chord of a monstrous catastrophe. It was an accident of Russian statehood that was avoided at the last moment and indeed at a very high cost.

So far, in essence, the problem of passion has clearly manifested itself. When it fatally falls short of the center of the system, it begins to spontaneously concentrate in the periphery. At one pole we see a clear excess of passion. And the obvious lack of the other. This is apparently the main energy problem of the authorities. And it must be decided urgently.

In the terms of Pareto’s theory of elites, this is described as the conflict of elites and counter-elites. If the elite already in power does not have a sufficient volume of power qualities, it will inevitably sooner or later be thrown out by the counter-elites, who are not allowed to power, but who have power qualities in excess.

Finally, the question of legality and legitimacy is acutely raised. The insurgents radicalized the problem to the extreme, but only posed it. He has not received a final decision. And now it is here with us and we cannot avoid it.

Now is a turning point. Bifurcation point. In summary, I give two scenarios. Good and terrible. There is obviously no wonderful in the situation, and there is no simply bad. A bad scenario will instantly turn into a terrible one.

  1. Good scenario. Personnel decisions in a number of important departments. Almost everything is obvious here. Someone has shown himself as a hero, another as a traitor or a coward. Undoubted heroes are Putin and Lukashenko. It was they who saved the country hanging over the abyss. But those who made the situation possible, who contributed to it and who failed to prevent it, and when it all started, were unable to respond adequately – we must say goodbye to them abruptly. Such a decision will strengthen the positions of the supreme authority and restore the shaken respect for it, faith in the power of the true Sovereign.

At the same time, attention should now be paid to the generalized program, which Prigozhin urgently promulgated: society is acutely lacking in justice, honor, manliness, and supposedly from the elites. It is not enough that it causes a most terrible explosion. Why is this idea not adopted by the authorities themselves? Putin has now (and always) found himself in a position where he can do this, and he will certainly succeed. So:

  • Elite rotation

  • Punishment of cowards and traitors

  • Promotion of the faithful and the brave

  • Correction of ideology towards patriotic self-awareness, social justice and true involvement of society in the war

Less hype and more reality. And everything will fall into place.

In general, replacing reality with PR is absolutely evil. Sooner or later this bubble will burst, and if instead of a political system we only have a grandiose media fiction, then disaster is inevitable. And most importantly: the laws of lying sooner or later make us believe our own lies. This is the last stage. The end is coming.

  1. The terrible scenario. Everything remains as it is now. Nothing changes. All mention of June 24 and the participants is purged from the media and blogosphere. All appeals to patriotism with reference to the riot are criminalized. The West and its tongs are blamed for everything. A conclusion is drawn in favor of liberalism and everything is drowned in PR-technologies and victory programs.

I do not want to scare you, but I suggest that we soberly imagine the consequences of such a decision, that is, the absence of any decision. It was what was that led to what happened. If nothing changes, the crash will happen again and this time it will be fatal.

Those who have a higher degree of passion win. Spirit wins. There are military, there are warriors. The task is to awaken the warriors in the military.

Woe betide us if we don’t learn a lesson from this.

We need to get together. The enemy begins the second and most powerful wave of the offensive. The only way to beat the tumult of “Wagner” is to become “Wagner” ourselves.

We need an army of winners.
