It’s sad to admit it, but you never get used to its absence. Even today, his farewell is an open wound impossible to heal.
Today you often see it on television, but every time it is inevitable to think about when he left. For everyone, that farewell was such a hard blow to take that, years later, it still remains an open wound.
When he left nothing was the same as before. Simone Rugiati was a great substitute, but people were so attached to Alessandro Borghese that they were no longer able to appreciate the show as before. There is in fact really bad.
As a consolation fortunately today it can often be seen on television, in the programs Celebrity Chef and Quattro Ristoranti, but it would have been even better if it had remained on that show too. Unfortunately, however, it didn’t happen that way.
It’s a real shame, because in addition to being an excellent chef, Alessandro Borghese is also good at being in front of a camera. He has a unique charisma and nonchalance, which is why everyone would like to see him on television as much as possiblebut unfortunately apparently the public’s desire is not the same as the chef’s.
Nothing like before
It is not clear why Alessandro Borghese decided to leave there. What is certain is that his absence left a big void, although he only acted as host for one edition of the show, the first. He practically inaugurated it.
But then he decided to abandon her and Simone Rugiati arrived in his place, who until 2018 tried to run the program as best he could. In fact, the program ended with him. What a shame, he was really cut out for that type of broadcast, but never as much as Alessandro Borghese.

A goodbye that hurt the heart
For one edition he had been the soul of Cuochi e Fiamme, the program that allowed non-professional chefs to show off their skills in the kitchen by preparing four dishes. He was really good at presenting the program, because with his friendliness and wisdom he managed to entertain anyone and maintain a high level of attention.
It’s a real shame that he’s gone. Nothing was the same as before without him. As a small consolation however, fortunately he did not abandon television and even though he continued to be seen in other programs.
