It’s hard to believe that he actually did it, but apparently that’s exactly what happened. Even with very embarrassed the protagonist of the program was forced to send some customers away from his restaurant.
Generally no restaurateur would ever dream of doing something like this. He prepares or has a meal prepared for them, therefore his objective is to get them into the room and not to send them away.
In this case, however, it had to distance its customers. The program forced him to do it because if it were up to him he would never have done something like this.
What happened However, it demonstrates that “4 restaurants” is a much truer program than it may seem. In fact, it is not just television, because it means that the clientele of the restaurants involved increases significantly.

Today we live with the thought that what television shows is something fake, but this is not always the case. “4 restaurants” is for example a program more real than ever. It may seem like an acted show because the presenter, or the chef Alessandro Borghese in some moments he plays the part of the TV presenter, but except for this detail, everything in the program is real.
Precisely so that everything is as true as possible, restaurateurs know they have been selected in the program only one or two days before filming, so that they cannot change their place, but simply clean it before the cameramen and chef arrive. Precisely because everything in “4 restaurants” is true, sometimes its protagonists, like in this case the restaurateur in question, are forced to loosen their customers.

Forced to turn away too many customers
The reason why restaurateurs are sometimes forced to send their customers away is due to the fact that after participating in the program the restaurants they become so famous that they receive an excessive number of bookings. In fact, they record many more covered than they did before they took part in the broadcast.
Sometimes, however, there are so many that the restaurant itself ends up having no seats and turning away customers. Something like this also happened to Marcantonio Sagramosathe owner of the restaurant “The Cedrare of Illasi“. After having participated and won in “4 restaurants” he increased his clientele so much that often due to too many customers and many bookings, he was forced to send them away.
