The writer, playwright and screenwriter Aleš Fuchs died at the premature age of 92. He also worked as a film and theater publicist, and in the late 1980s he became the editor-in-chief of the Dramatic Arts Quarterly. The actresses Libuše Šafránková and Jana Paulová played in her film Blue Sparrow.

In the eighties, he contributed to the magazine Scéna and became the editor-in-chief of the quarterly Dramatic Art. But you after melting The Union of Czech Dramatic Artists ceased to function.
Fuchs was later published in the New York Czechoslovak Weekly about political and social developments in Czechoslovakia. He worked actively until a very advanced age, nand towards the end of his career he was preparing, for example, a publication about Adina Mandlová.
