The latest studies from I-CAD, the body responsible for identifying pets, demonstrate this increase in thefts. According to the data, reported by Le Figaro, 459 dogs and 157 cats were reported stolen in France during the year 2022. Just that!
That is an increase of 21% compared to the previous year. The numbers also show an incredible 101% increase in flights cats over the past 4 years.

The most affected regions
