Actress Vera Alentova, a month after the death of her husband, director Vladimir Menshov, returns to the stage. It is known that on August 11 and 12, she will play at the Moscow Drama Theater named after A.S. Pushkin.
According to the press service of the cultural institution, the production of “The Krause Family” with Vera Alentova will be shown on August 11. A day later, she will again appear on stage in the play “False Confessions”.
Recall that Vera Alentova in June ended up in the hospital with her husband Vladimir Menshov. They were diagnosed with coronavirus. The actress managed to overcome the disease, but her husband, unfortunately, could not get out. He died from the effects of the infection on July 5 in a Moscow clinic, reports TASS.
We add that Vera Alentova was very upset by the death of her beloved spouse. For example, at his funeral, she could not find a place for herself and often cried. In a difficult moment, her daughter, actress and TV presenter Yulia Menshova, was next to her.
