According to the documents, Souza states that he heard a sound and then a loud bang. He further explains that Hutchins stayed on her stomach and said that she was in pain. Then he realized that they were both bleeding.
Hutchins then began to fall backwards, before falling to the floor. According to Reuters, the shot hit her in the chest.
