The lawsuit against Baldwin and a number of others involved in the film was presented on Tuesday. It claims that ruthless behavior and budget cuts led to Hutchin’s death.
Ukrainian film photographer Halyna Hutchins was shot and killed on October 21, 2021, while preparing a scene at Bonanza Creek Ranch near Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Baldwin held the gun when the shot went off, although he has stated that he did not pull the trigger. Hutchins was shot through the upper body, and the bullet got stuck in the shoulder of director Joel Souza.

Hutchins was taken to a hospital in Albuquerque, where she later died. She is survived by her husband Matthew Hutchins and their 9-year-old son.
Three others who worked in film production have already sued.
Since last autumn, Baldwin has been in bad weather for the tragedy that happened on the film set in October. In January he became in addition sued by the family of a deceased Marine for defamation.
