“She instructed Baldwin to hold the gun”
In a document TMZ has accessed, Baldwin’s lawyers also claim that the contract releases him from any financial responsibility in connection with Hutchin’s death, and demands compensation for the production for all his legal expenses.
The male actor also claims that it was Hutchins who told him how to hold the gun.
“She instructed Baldwin to hold the pistol higher, to a point where it was aimed at her. She looked closely at the screen and then at Baldwin, and looked back again, as she gave these instructions, “the document states.
Furthermore, the lawyer writes that by following these instructions, both Baldwin and Hutchins believed that the weapon did not contain any shots. The actress also claims that Hutchins confirmed that she wanted Baldwin to withdraw the hammer on the gun, when he asked about this.

Baldwin blames Hutchins
Shortly after the tragic incident, Hutchins’ husband and Baldwin are said to have given each other a hug, while the husband is said to have said that this was something they should get through together.
The relationship between Baldwin and Hutchin’s husband is said to have cooled down after the actor relinquished all responsibility in an interview with ABC News.
Hutchin’s family has sued the Hollywood actress and film production, which ultimately cost her her life.
Ukrainian film photographer Halyna Hutchins was shot and killed on October 21, 2021, while preparing a scene at Bonanza Creek Ranch near Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Baldwin held the gun when the shot went off, although he has stated that he did not pull the trigger. Hutchins was shot through the upper body, and the bullet got stuck in the shoulder of director Joel Souza.
