Aldar completed the redevelopment of Al Hamra Mall in Ras Al Khaimah

This project contributes to strengthening the center’s position as a major center for retail and dining establishments in the emirate, and is part of Aldar’s plan to invest a billion dirhams in key retail destinations.
“Al Hamra Mall” is located in the center of Al Hamra city, where the renovation process included a complete renovation of its exterior and interior spaces, as well as creating an innovative lobby that combines natural light with a modern aesthetic touch.

Al Hamra Mall offers a diverse mix of local and international brands with over 130 stores and restaurants, including 37 new stores. The redevelopment process included expanding the centre’s restaurant portfolio by adding 14 well-known restaurants.
In addition to its retail and restaurant offerings, Al Hamra Mall now includes a prestigious range of entertainment options, including the educational entertainment center “Kids Factory” and a cinema complex VOX, and many new services have been added, including valet parking.
In recent years, the company has acquired the Rixos Bab Al Bahr Hotel and the DoubleTree by Hilton Marjan Island Resort & Spa, which is currently undergoing a major renovation as part of the AED 1.5 investment billion announced at Aldar which aims to develop its hospitality portfolio across the Emirates. Aldar also launched its first residential projects in Ras Al Khaimah in 2023, and construction is currently continuing on the Nikki Beach Residences and Rosso Bay projects on Al Marjan Island.
