Looking ahead to the high season, Aravena commented that they are already planning the hiring of auxiliary personnel. «The season demands a lot of work from us. We not only control in San Antonio, but also in the port and the routes. We have a permanent team, but we need assistants, many of them have already worked with us in previous years, although they are not permanent staff,” he said. Finally, he highlighted the importance of the work carried out by the transit area, stating that they are available 24 hours a day to attend to any situation. «It is an area that involves a lot of work. It’s not just about sticking to a schedule; Many times we continue on the street carrying out speed checks and other tasks, even after finishing our day,” Aravena concluded.
