Brazilian Vice President (PSB) Geraldo Alckmin participated in this bill. Now it’s Boulos da Frente Amplio.A demonstration in support of Guilherme Boulos (PSOL) was held at the Teatro Gazeta on Tuesday night, the 22nd. Sao Paulo City Hall Mayor Ricardo Nunes criticized MDB management..
The current mayor took office in 2021 following the death of then-President Bruno Covas (PSDB). For Vice President, Nunes’ tenure numbers worry about Sao Paulo’s future.
“The important fact is that City Hall’s primary surplus for 2021 is over 3 billion. By 2022, it has already fallen to 1.5. Last year, elementary schools recorded a deficit of more than $6 billion. And this year it will get even worse. This doesn’t hold up. I’m not sure,” Alckmin explained.
Through its support, Alckmin emphasized the candidate’s contacts with the people of São Paulo. “Boulos is change. Change with confidence. It has everything you need to bring government closer to the people. And people who listen more make fewer mistakes.”
The collaboration with Boulos’ campaign comes after it supported Tábata Amaral (PSB) in the first round. In Alckmin’s view, his vote in the first round had the same purpose as the vote of 70% of the population: change.
“I was a voter. So we created a second round to ensure majority government and legitimacy, targeting presidents, governors, and cities with more than 200,000 voters. So, everything is reset, two candidates remain, and a new option is created. And our choice is Boulos. Better for Sao Paulo, better for health, better for education, better for housing, better for mobility, better for governance,” the former governor added.
Márcio França strengthens support
Tonight’s event was also attended by the Minister of Entrepreneurship, Microenterprise and Small and Medium Enterprises. Together with Boulos and Alckmin, Márcio França (PSB) emphasized the importance of unity in the second round of the dispute.
“We really need to remember how countries with different ideas came together to protect democracy not long ago when the Nazis tried to take over the world. Here in São Paulo, snake eggs are being conceived. And we will do our best to prevent him from being reborn.”
The minister also highlighted the support provided by Tábata Amaral to the psolist immediately after the first round results were announced. The federal lawmaker came in fourth place in this election with 9.91% of the vote.
“Tabata declared his vote for Boulos immediately after the election. election. I think she played an important role. She was the first to declare her vote. And we must always remember episodes of change,” he added.
