Albertville Olympic hockey champion Bautin has died at the age of 55

Bautin began his top-level hockey in Dynamo Moscow, with whom he won two championship titles. He had his greatest success 30 years ago at the five-ring tournament in Albertville, where he didn’t score, but the Commonwealth of Independent States team led by coach Tikhonov took the gold.
