The 63-year-old Prince of Monaco does not give many interviews, but he has now given his opinion to BBC World about the much-discussed interview in which Harry and Meghan openly spoke about the reasons why they left the United Kingdom and the problems they faced with the (rest of) the British royal family.
“I understand that they are faced with enormous pressure,” says Albert. “But these kinds of conversations should be conducted within the intimate rooms of the family and not in the public sphere. Fair? It really annoyed me a bit. I can understand where they come from, but I really don’t think this was the right forum to have this discussion. ”
