The mobile app of supermarket chain Albert Heijn is working again. Earlier on Sunday, app users suffered from a malfunction, as a result of which the Bonus card did not function properly. That outage is now over.
Due to the malfunction, the discount was not settled after scanning the Bonus card. As a result, cashiers had to manually enter the card number.
In addition to the discount card, the malfunction also had consequences for other AH promotions. For example, customers could not use their purchase stamps and various other promotions did not work either.
The outage started during the morning and was resolved around 2:30 p.m.
