Albares: “Latin America must be part of the strategic agenda of the EU” | Politics

Upon his arrival at a Council of Foreign Ministers in Brussels where the relationship between the European Union and Latin America will be discussed, Albares assured that “the voice of Spain will be heard” in this debate “so that there is a true strategic relationship between Latin America and the European Union”.
