(With Balkan Insight and Exit.al) – Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama signed a memorandum with Antony Blinken on Sunday in Brussels to “coordinate” the 5G infrastructures of the two countries. As the US Secretary of State accompanies President Joe Biden on a tour of several European capitals, it was his first meeting with a leader of the Balkans.
