Alba beats Würzburg – Crailsheim with the next victory

Alba Berlin clinched their tenth win of the season in the Bundesliga. The German champion and Euroleague participant beat Oliver Würzburg on Sunday evening with 99:85 (53:45).

The most accurate Berliners were Simone Fontecchio and Luke Sikma with 16 points each. The best Würzburger was Jonas Weitzel with a career best of 20 points. In the table, the “Albatrosses” overtook FC Bayern Munich to fourth. The Munich team had done their compulsory task on Saturday against medi Bayreuth with 98:78.

The Hakro Merlins Crailsheim prevailed at the Telekom Baskets Bonn with 93:84 (42:30) and, thanks to their twelfth win of the season, reduced the gap to the table leaders MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg to one victory. The best Crailsheimer was Trae Bell-Haynes with 27 points.

ratiopharm Ulm got their eighth win of the season in a clear 102: 63 (48:25) against the Niners Chemnitz and remains in a promising position in the fight for a playoff entry. Former series champion Brose Bamberg kept the upper hand at 98:84 (47:47) against the Löwen Braunschweig and has a record of 6-8 wins.
