Directors of the Polivalente de Arte are very concerned about the increase in violence in the area. They assured that the students are assaulted and request the presence of a patrolman at the time of entry and exit.
Luis María Reyes, director of the educational establishment, told on the mobile of Brisas Radio what “We have had acts of violence around our school with people who congregate outside”. The manager assured that it is about “car attendants who install around the corner and represents a problem for us in terms of student care. You see violence in the street.”
“Robberies have happened to our boys in what are the surroundings of the squares in front and we have all the descents of the buses”, he specified. Concerned about this situation, Reyes repudiated this situation and said that “the exit is difficult for usrather than hanging out with freshmen who are getting to know the school.”
For her part, Belinda Ríos, deputy director of the Multipurpose Center, said that they requested the presence of a patrol car for the entry and exit of the students. “The police in the moments that there have been robberies have come immediately to assist us. We request that the patrolman be accompanying the students at the moments of entry and exit“, he indicated.
“The recommendation that we make to families when they enter their first year is that they do not go to the square and that they do not wander down Santa Fe street to avoid any inconvenience. It is not pleasant to go there and witness things that are not for minors,” explained the deputy director of the Polyvalent Art.
