¹ When ordering prescription drugs, you will receive a discount of at least €2.50 and up to €5 per pack of medication. For a prescription with 6 packs of medication with a maximum bonus, this is a saving of up to €30.
² General voucher conditions: Unless otherwise stated in the special conditions of the respective promotion, the following applies to the redemption of vouchers, price advantage codes and other benefits granted in this respect (collectively “vouchers”): Vouchers can only be redeemed once and only during the advertised promotional period as part of orders in our online shop docmorris.de and our DocMorris app. Only one voucher code can be redeemed per customer account per promotion. The value of the voucher (code) entered during the ordering process is automatically deducted from the invoice amount. **Applies to all valid e-prescriptions that we receive digitally between Monday and Thursday until 8 p.m. and Friday until 1 p.m. E-prescriptions that are received after 1 p.m. on Friday will be delivered on Monday. E-prescriptions that are received between Saturday midnight and Sunday midnight will be delivered on Tuesday. Excluded from next-day delivery are special prescriptions, medications or replacement medications provided for in a framework agreement with the patient’s health insurance company that are not available due to supply bottlenecks, medications that need to be refrigerated, and prescriptions that require pharmaceutical clarification with you or your doctor or that cannot be delivered for pharmaceutical reasons. Your telephone number is required for pharmaceutical clarification. In order to be able to offer you the fastest possible delivery of your prescription items, the shipping service provider may, in exceptional cases, be subsequently changed. Next day delivery does not apply to orders where a Packstation was specified as the delivery address. If the day or the day after your order is a public holiday in NRW and/or a public holiday where you live, delivery will take place on the first working day that is no longer a public holiday. In cases of force majeure, delivery will also only take place on the working day that is no longer a public holiday following the end of the force majeure event.
