A free ‘Anniversary Update‘ for Alan Wake 2 will be released today. Remedy also announced the PlayStation 5 Pro improvements.
Let’s start with the free Anniversary Update: it marks one year since the game was released. The update adds all sorts of useful things, including a gameplay support menu that lets players turn all kinds of options on and off. Imagine the ability to automatically complete quick-time events, unlimited ammo and battery life for the flashlight and the ability to kill enemies with a single shot.
It is also now possible to rotate the horizontal axis on mouse and keyboard – previously this was only possible with the vertical axis. This is one of the most popular options among players. On PlayStation 5, several improvements have been added to the DualSense controller, such as motion-sensitive control and better haptic feedback. There is more information here to find

PS5 version , so that’s an interesting addition anyway. The videos below show some things.
