Alain Delon’s Children Accuse Current Partner of Harassment and Interference

The children of Alain Delon denounced on Wednesday for acts of moral harassment and diversion of correspondence to the current partner of the French actor, his lawyer announced to AFP.

“I suspect an abuse of weakness and I count on the investigation to establish it,” said Christophe Ayela, specifying that Alain Delon, 87, had joined the complaint by means of a written statement.

“Since Mr. Alain Delon’s cardiovascular accident in 2019”, this woman “who settled in his house has become increasingly aggressive, denigrating and insulting towards him and towards his children”, highlighted the lawyer for the actor’s children in a statement.

She “continues to isolate Alain Delon from his loved ones, from his friends and from his family, using maneuvers and threats. She systematically monitors his telephone conversations and private messages. She answers in his place, posing as him, and tries to intercept his postal mail. He prevents his children from visiting him regularly, as they always have. He is bossy, threatening and even mistreats Mr. Delon’s dog in an unacceptable way,” Aleya continues.

This complaint was filed on Wednesday afternoon with the public prosecutor’s office in Montargis, in central France, where the actor owns a property in Douchy, by Anouchka, Alain Fabien and Anthony Delon.

The latter filed a second complaint against the woman for “voluntary violence and kidnapping of vulnerable people, abuse of weakness and moral harassment,” referring to “facts proven over a year and a half.”

According to Anthony Delon, the situation in two years took “such proportion” that his father asked him in writing to leave his residence in Douchy.
