President Macron: “More than a star, a French monument”
“Mister Klein or Rocco, in The Leopard or Samurai, Alain Delon played legendary roles and made the world dream. Lending his unforgettable face to turn our lives upside down. Melancholic, popular, secretive, he was more than a star: he was a French monument.” French President Emmanuel Macron wrote this on X, remembering Alain Delon.
