The new team of David Alaba, whose contract with Bayern Munich has expired, has officially become Real Madrid.
Alaba, who played for Bayern for the past 13 seasons, signed a 5-year contract with Real Madrid.
While Alaba was Real Madrid’s first transfer after a season break, the Spanish press claimed that the Austrian football player, who was included in the squad without paying a testimonial fee, will earn 10-12 million euros per season, since his contract with Bayern Munich will expire on June 30.
Alaba won 2 Champions Leagues, 9 Bundesliga, 5 German Cups, 2 UEFA Super Cups and 2 Club World Cups in his Bayern Munich career.
The experienced player, who played 427 matches with the Bavarian team, scored 33 goals and made 53 assists.
