Al Hashemi added: “This project brings together the capabilities of leading operators in the satellite communications sector, as it blends Hughes’ experience of more than fifty years in the Brazilian market with Yahsat’s superior operational capabilities to provide a strong platform that meets the requirements of the Brazilian market, which includes satellite (internet) services. and satellite communications solutions.
He explained that this project represents one of the fruits of the agreement signed between the two companies, which was announced in May of 2019.
It is noteworthy that Yahsat operates a group of up to 5 satellites covering more than 80% of the world’s population, which enables it to provide advanced and reliable satellite communications services that include mobile communications, data services, and others for many sectors.
