The video showed that a family was rescued from drowning in torrential waters. The video also monitored passers-by approaching the car and removing the people in it after it was flooded.
It seems that Al-Wissam neighborhood is not equipped with the infrastructure for water drainage, which caused it to be flooded by the heavy rains.
