Al-Marsad newspaper: General practitioner Dr. Saud Al-Shehri revealed simple ways to get rid of intestinal irritation and colic bloating.
Al-Shehri said, in a video he posted on his Twitter account: “There is no disease called colon, but its scientific name is irritable bowel syndrome.”
She pointed out, “The colon often causes gas, constipation, and diarrhea,” pointing to things that cause irritable bowel syndrome, including “caffeine, such as coffee and tea, fatty or spicy foods, or psychological stress.”
As for the solutions and methods that help get rid of bloated colic and intestinal irritation, Al-Shehri explained, “Stay away from eating at the market, practice walking, and record the foods you ate every day to find out the causes of the intestinal irritation and stay away from soft drinks”.
She continued: “Eat no more than 3 servings of fresh fruit a day, don’t eat fast, eat slowly and chew well.”
