The Minister of Health, Fahd bin Abdul Rahman Al-Jalal, issued a ministerial decision to form a committee headed by Dr. Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Qassim, the Undersecretary for Public Health as deputy, and the membership of the Undersecretary for Human Resources, the Undersecretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs, the Assistant Undersecretary for Primary Care, the Assistant Undersecretary for Policies, and the President. The Executive Director of the Public Health Authority and the Assistant Undersecretary for Preventive Health, provided that the committee supervises the process of transferring the tasks of the Public Health Agency to the Public Health Authority. The committee inventoryes the competencies, tasks, assets and budgets of Public Health in the Ministry, in preparation for transferring them to the Public Health Authority (Prevention). .
