This Tuesday evening, Al-Nassr will enter the Asian Champions League with a perilous trip against Persepolis. Author of seven goals and five assists in six matches in all competitions since the start of the season, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner arrived with his teammates a few hours ago in Tehran. Several videos shared on social networks show a huge crowd present in the Iranian capital to welcome the winner of Euro 2016 and his teammates.
Another sequence also shows a huge crowd gathered in front of the hotel where the Al-Nassr players are staying. The fans even manage to force their way into the establishment, creating enormous scenes of chaos.
Note also that Al-Nassr players will be escorted by an elite law enforcement unitwhich specializes in travel for public figures and presidents.
