He stated that the project will be built on an area of five million square meters and provides 1036 industrial plots of varying size between 1,000 to 10,000 square meters, and it has been taken into account that they are equipped with the latest services, including the presence of treatment plants for industrial waste And the construction of an external wall for it and entry gates that guarantee the privacy and control of the area.
He said that the project includes all basic services, including fire stations, main and substations, and fiberglass connections that meet the requirements of connection with the outside world, and other services that ensure the success of this project and meet the aspirations of Kuwaiti industrialists.
And he indicated that the authority obtained the necessary environmental approvals to localize a large number of industries, such as chemical industries, metal industries, building materials, foodstuffs, and packaging materials. An area of 200,000 square meters has been allocated from the area to localize the first technology park in Kuwait.
