Al-Marsad newspaper: Faraed’s auction witnessed the sale of two plots of land in Manah, east of Riyadh. The first plot was 3,000 square meters and was sold for one million riyals. As for the second plot, it had an area of ​​918, and was sold for 487,000 riyals.

The auction started on the first piece at an amount of 800 thousand riyals, and with the continuation of the bidding, the final amount reached one million riyals.

As for the second piece, the auction started at an amount of 450,000 riyals, and it was marketed by Dar Al Qiyas Auctions, and it was eventually sold at a value of 487,000 riyals.
