The Internal Security Forces denied, in a tweet on Twitter, the news of the assassination of an important figure on the Dahr al-Baydar road, coming from the Bekaa Valley towards Beirut.
She wrote, “A video is circulating on social media showing a car fire and news that it was caused by an explosion on the Dahr al-Baydar road that led to the assassination of an important figure coming from the Bekaa Valley towards Beirut.”
She pointed out that “the Internal Security Forces deny this news completely and in detail, and confirm that this fire occurred due to a traffic collision in 2019.”
She added, “Those who received this fabricated news are requested to send it to its sender, in order to seek the truth and to prevent creating fear and anxiety among citizens.”
