“Al-Madina Theatre Presents Khaled Al-Abdullah’s “Minimat” and “Kahraba””

Al-Madina Theater (Beirut – Al-Hamra) continues its Ramadan activities, and on the occasion of the centenary of the death of Sayed Darwish (1892-1923), the audience will have a date with Khaled Al-Abdullah and his orchestra, where they will perform a link from the songs of Sayed Darwish and Sheikh Imam, next Saturday…

And in the list of the upcoming days of the Ramadan program, a performance by the “Kahraba” group entitled “The Immigrant Cabaret” (between the 13th and 16th of this month)…

And on the 19th of April. The closing evening will be organized by the “Fadaa” Foundation, which is concerned with archiving documents, books, scripts, and theater resources related to the stage in Lebanon and the Arab world, and the Cliffhangers storytellers community, in partnership with the “City Theater”.

After the “Knock on the Stage” activity last month, the experience will be repeated in Noha Al-Radi Hall, but this time under the title “Narrative Miniatures”, with a new group of well-known playwrights who will take turns talking about experiences they went through during their careers, and they are: Nidal Al-Ashqar Faiq Humeesi, Rafiq Ali Ahmed, and Anju Rayhan.
