Adly Al-Qai’i, a contracting advisor at Al-Ahly Club, revealed the scenes of the phone call between Ali Abu Greisha, who works amicably in Ismaili, with Mahmoud Al-Khatib, head of the Red Castle.
Ali Abu Greisha was present at Al-Ahly headquarters today, Monday, and held a session with Red Club officials to inquire about the possibility of joining Ramy Rabia, the team’s defender, and some young players to support the Ismaili ranks.
Adli Al-Qai’i said, on his program “Malak and Ketaba” via “Al-Ahly” channel: “Ali Abu Greisha contacted me to include some players from Al-Ahly, so I asked him to wait until I talk to Al-Khatib before responding to him.”
He added, “I told Ali Abu Greisha that Mahmoud al-Khatib is waiting to call him. Then he came back to me after half an hour and said that the call was wonderful. Many details were discussed and some nominations were presented during it.”
He concluded: “Al-Khatib said to Ali Abu Greisha (Any player in Al-Ahly will be able to convince him to play for the Ismaili, I will agree to him, and I will nominate some distinguished emerging players for you to join the Ismaili).”
