Al-Ittihad Saudi Club officially announced its contract with goalkeeper Mohammed Al-Mahasneh as part of strengthening the ranks of the first football team during the winter Mercato period of 2024, and this deal comes as the club’s fourth during the current transfer period.

Al-Ittihad had previously concluded its contract with a trio from the Saudi Al-Ittifaq Club, namely Saad Al-Moussa, Hamed Al-Ghamdi, and Ahmed Al-Ghamdi, on loan contracts for six months with an option to purchase in the upcoming summer transfer period.

Al-Ittihad also announced the details of Al-Mahasneh’s joining through its official account on the “X” platform. Al-Mahasneh signed a three-year contract, and this contract comes within the club’s strategy to strengthen its ranks with the most prominent Saudi players.
Al-Mahasna, 26 years old, began his football career in the ranks of Al-Ahly Saudi Club, and then moved to Damac Club in the summer of 2019. Since then, he has participated in 15 official matches with Damac, keeping his sheet clean on 4 occasions and stopping 23 shots.
