Al-Marsad newspaper: A circulating video clip documented the latest construction work on the new Al Hilal Stadium, “Boulevard Hall.”
The video showed the completion of a large proportion of construction and equipment work, in preparation for the opening.
Counselor Turki Al-Sheikh, head of the Entertainment Authority, granted “Boulevard Hall” stadium to Al Hilal Club.
Al-Sheikh said: “Boulevard Hall belongs to Al-Hilal. Congratulations. After championships, the ocean of terror has returned.”
