The President of the Bahrain Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina for Friendship and Business, businessman Jawad Al-Hawaj, affirmed the association’s support for all efforts and projects that serve the development of relations between Bahrain and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He said that there are promising opportunities for investors in various fields between business owners and investors in the two friendly countries, and that the association is working to shed more light on these opportunities, and on the possibilities of establishing strategic partnerships between the two parties, through many events and activities that the association will hold in the near future in Bahrain and Bosnia in coordination and cooperation with the competent authorities. Referring to the real estate sector, he said that he is witnessing interest from many Gulf investors, including Bahrainis, expressing his pride and appreciation for the initiative of a Bahraini company to organize the first real estate exhibition of its kind in Bosnia, pointing out that according to the indicators, the coming period is expected to witness an increase in the number of Bahraini investors in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the real estate sector and the rest of the other sectors. This came on the sidelines of Al-Hawaj’s inauguration on Thursday, July 20, 2023, of the Bosnian Real Estate Exhibition 2023, under the auspices of Ben Yamina Karj, Governor of the Capital Governorate of Sarajevo, and in the presence of a number of senior officials in Bosnia. The Vice-President of the Bahrain Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina for Friendship and Business, the founder of the exhibition and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Center for Trade Exchange, Bahraini businessman, Riyad Yusuf, expressed his deep thanks to the President of the Association and to all the attendees and participants for this exhibition, the first of its kind that is held in a strategic area in the capital, Sarajevo, attended by more than 30 thousand people, whether for tourism or trade, especially by citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
