The Civil Service Authority revealed that the minimum salary for employees working in the civil service is 402 dinars per month, which includes the basic salary of 322 dinars with a social allowance in the first category of 20 dinars and a living improvement allowance of 60 dinars.

The service agency continued, “The number of Bahraini workers in health centers is approximately 7,000 Bahraini employees, and there are 3,000 foreign employees working in the Ministry of Education. Since 2019, the Ministry has not contracted with new foreign employees, and the government is seeking to double the employment of Bahrainis in this field in particular.” Students graduating from the Bahrain Teachers College will be replaced immediately upon their graduation, instead of foreign male and female teachers, and that the process of replacing Bahrainis in place of foreign employees is only a temporary matter.”
