Hope Projects, the investment arm of the Hope Fund and producer of the Biban program, announced its joint investment with the private sector of $100,000 in “Kashta Tours” through the tenth and final episode of the second season of the Biban program, which can be watched on the “Watch” platform for free, or on the channel. Bahrain TV at 6:00 pm and on “Al-Rai” channel at 9:30 pm.
During the tenth episode, the “Kashta Tours” company, which organizes programs, activities, and new and recreational trips for groups and individuals, co-founded by Ahmed Jamsheer and Adel Ibrahim, raised an investment of $100,000 from Al-Amal projects and the private sector, represented by Omani investor Mr. Saeed Al-Rashdi, CEO of Venture One.
Commenting on the joint investment, Fajr Al-Pachachi, General Manager of Hope Projects, said: “We are delighted to co-invest alongside Saeed Al-Rashdi from Oman in Kashta Tours. Highlighting Bahrain as a tourist destination, we look forward to seeing Kashta grow regionally with Saeed as a strategic investor who will help the company expand to the Sultanate of Oman.”
For his part, Saeed Al Rashidi, CEO of Venture One, said: “As an investor from the Sultanate of Oman, it was a pleasure to participate in the Biban program, which supports entrepreneurship and facilitates immediate investment opportunities. It entered the market strategically in Oman, which is rich in tourism opportunities.”
Ahmed Jamsheer, co-founder of Kishta Tours, commented on their fundraising: “My partner and I started Kishta Tours, out of our love for outdoor activities and our desire to create a community that shares the same passion, while highlighting Bahraini culture and history through these various activities. Today, we are excited to raise funding through the Biban TV show, and we cannot wait for Kashta to be the number one organizer of activities in the GCC benefiting from the guidance and guidance of our strategic investors.”
In addition to Mr. Saeed Al-Rashdi, the Investors Committee included Mr. Iyad Al-Bayouk, General Manager of the Saudi Flat6Labs Accelerator, and Mr. Hatem Al-Ghamdi, CEO of C. Star Venture Studio, and His Excellency Mr. Ayman bin Tawfiq Al-Moayyed, President of the Hope Fund, also participated as a coordinating member of the committee and as an investment representative.
