The Benefit Company organized a special Career Day program for children under the slogan “Young Benefit” at its headquarters. This program allowed children between the ages of 6 and 12 to learn about the different professional responsibilities in the various divisions of The Benefit Company; With the aim of stimulating children’s innovation, learning and professional development skills, and answering their frequent question, “What does my father or mother do in the company?” The “Saghar Benefit” program included many useful interactive activities, as it included a variety of stations aimed at providing children with a practical experience and instilling concepts of innovation and creativity. Among these stations are the Children’s Office, Customer Services, Control and Inspection, Innovation, and the Children’s Bank, in addition to the Children’s Kitchen, the Café, the Children’s Studio, and the Games Area.
This initiative contributed to providing an inspiring and diverse experience aimed at developing children’s interests and acquiring skills that will enable them to succeed in the future. Implementation and marketing of the product.
The program also included customer service, through which the participants learned the basic skills of communication and customer services, and real-world situations related to customers were implemented to improve their skills in this regard. As for the control and inspection station, it focused on ensuring a clean work environment by evaluating the extent to which employees adhere to the clean office policy that promotes responsibility and integrity. while the Innovation Station focused on game programming; To enhance the potential of innovation and core programming.
In addition, the program shed light on financial management by teaching children how to set up a virtual account in the bank, laying the solid foundation for responsible money management. The Kitchen and Café stations focused on the hospitality experience, as well as introducing children to proper nutrition, food preparation, customer services, teamwork, and business management.
