Within the framework of promoting innovation and supporting scientific research, the Bahrain University of Technology (UTB) held the first specialized entrepreneurship exhibition concerned with displaying projects designed by students that reflect the level of skills and knowledge they acquired during their studies.
* Research

The exhibition was held with the participation of a group of faculty members at the university, namely Dr. Hassan Al-Araj, Dr. Reem Abbas, Dr. Mahmoud Akbar and Dr. Ziyad Ismail. Dr. Rania Nafeh, the supervisor of the exhibition, explained that the university always seeks to develop scientific research, innovation and entrepreneurship in order to link the research product to industry, which enhances the support of scientific research to serve the community in line with Bahrain’s economic vision by 2030.
14 distinct production projects were presented in an interactive and interesting way, allowing visitors to learn about the projects developed by students and learn about the new technology and skills that were used in developing these projects.
Among the most prominent projects that won the admiration of the external jury: (Out 2 Spot) project presented by the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences. This project was designed with the aim of providing a service for pre-reserving parking spaces using a website, especially in crowded places such as hospitals and commercial centers, and paying the service bill before arrival. to the site, which avoids visitors waiting in line.

The College of Engineering contributed to many projects that gained public attention, one of which was the (Smart Helmet) project, which works with artificial intelligence technology, so it answers phone calls and plays music without the need to use a mobile phone, which contributes to maintaining the safety and focus of the user.
* New talent

This fair was an excellent opportunity for business owners and technology professionals to showcase new and innovative talent, network with students, and explore opportunities for future collaboration.
The exhibition was praised by the international arbitrators who attended to evaluate the projects. The jury, which included Dr. Khawla Al Ansari from INJAZ Bahrain, and Ahmed Farraj and Khalil Al Qaheri, entrepreneurs in the Kingdom, explained that these projects are only a clear result of the efforts of university students and teachers alike to present Highly qualified outputs that give graduates the confidence to enter the labor market with merit.
